What are Delivery times?

Delivery time= processing time(1-3 working days) + shipping time(2-5 working days)

What are shipping costs?

Shipping chargers are calculated by weight and zone and this is done automatically by our system at the time of order placement.

1.Select Proceed to Checkout.

2.Select or add your shipping address.

3.The total shipping cost will be listed under Order Detail.

Can I ship my order to a P.O. Box?

No, we do not ship to any post office boxes. Orders placed that are valued at $100.00 or more require a signature upon delivery.

What payment methods can i use?

PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network, American Express etc.

What is your returns and refunds policy?

We are gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition. Please contact us no later than 14 days after you have received your parcel.

What service will you use to ship my goods?

DHL Express & FedEx IP

Is there a Credit Card, PAYPAL fees or other hide fees?

No. All order only have items price and shipping cost, no paypal fees, no hide fees, no transaction tax.

Can I pay my order over the phone?

No

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact customer service (support@hihalley.com) as soon as possible. Please be aware that once your order has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

What if my product is damaged or defective upon receiving it?

If your item arrives defective, please contact one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives immediately in order to obtain further instructions.

DELIVERY:

1. Received your order request

After processed your payment and received your order request, we will email you to confirm this order. And then, we will prepare the items in your order.

2. Processing time

In this part, we kindly ask about 1-3 business days for the quality control and arrange a suitable shipment. After the package ship out, we will send you an email about the delivery information.

Note: In orders with more than 100 items, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

3. Shipping time

The actual shipping time to destination countries is based on the shipping method in your order.

A: DHL Shipping: 2 - 3 business days

B: FedEx Shipping: 3 - 4 business days

Note: The public holidays, destination countries and couriers will be affected the shipping time too .

4. Delivered

Total delivery time= Processing time + Shipping time

According to the feedback, the most packages can deliver fast and safely.
